[The Sphere appears to be recording... the inside of a green jacket, at first. But after a bit it rolls out and floats up to show... a mess. Obviously NOTHING in here was strapped down. There's clothes and one or two books all over the place, and in the middle of it all is Lyle, sprawled against the wall rubbing his head sightly.]

... Not that I'm one for stating the obvious, but that felt suspiciously like a crash.

[Looks up and sees his sphere recording.] Is everyone okay?

We have definitely crashed into the planet but I have yet to hear of any injured.

Well... there was one fatality on record as far as I am concerned.

[He looks a little blank for a moment, then something seems to click.] You're not talking about the captain, are you?

It seems that entire side of the ship has been almost; if not completely, destroyed.

[He grins back] Both, but I think I can get out of here if I try hard enough, just as long as nothing's holding the door shut.

All right, let me know if it is blocked. I've got gravity-defying shoe inserts! [is currently walking quite comfortably down the sharply-angled hallway outside his room]

[The sphere records him standing up and making his way towards the wall the door's set into, which is on a steep angle. He reaches for the handle which is just out of his reach and in the end has to jump for it to grab hold and pull down.]

So, what's your name? [His voice is slightly strained as he pushes the door. It opens fractionally - maybe enough to let someone squeeze through.]

I'm Oliver. How about you? [opens the door to the stairway, hesitating as he eyes the rather dizzying angle at which the stairs are currently titled]
