In all honesty, I very much enjoy the way you play Lyle, as it highlights the suspicion the dickish moments are more than likely a defense mechanism but doesn't downplay that abrasiveness. It's interesting to see him being filled out.

Lyle is one of those characters that could easily be a precarious tightrope walk, especially this early on, but I think you do him justice.

sdjngjsa Well, thank you very much, anon! That's actually really encouraging as everything I do with him always feels really touch-and-go, so. That means a lot to me. ♥ Now, I just hope that the rest of the series doesn't completely blow my characterisation into itty bitty pieces.

Well, Lyle as a character has a very touch-and-go feeling to him, so perhaps that's appropriate? And I'm glad I could be encouraging. :3
